Shipping and Returns
Local shipping within Singapore-
All orders are charged at a flat rate of $6 (<5kg) locally using standard shipping and $15 for express delivery (please place your order by 9pm if you opt for this). FREE local delivery with any purchase above $80 will automatically be waived off at checkout. 

Why am I charged additional shipping fee?-
Customer are liable to cover the additional shipping fee cost if their order is above 5kg. We reserve the right to charge our customer and they will be notified before we arrange for shipment. 

When will I receive my order?-
Delivery will take an estimated 3-5 working days for standard shipping and 1-2 working days for express shipping. Orders will take longer during peak period such as festivities/sale. 

Is same day delivery available?-
Flat rate @$25 islandwide. Do allow us 4-5 hours for the parcel to reach you. If we’re unable to fulfil same day delivery due to certain circumstances, we will arrange for alternatives and have the right to reject your order.

You may also opt to arrange your own delivery, whichever convenient for you. By doing so, please select the self-collect option and drop us an email/DM. 

Do you ship internationally?-
For international order, please kindly write to us and we will assist you on the process.

Please note that this information is an indication provided by our couriers and that we cannot guarantee any delivery time based on this information.

You may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country. Very often, the local delivery company will call you prior delivery to pay these charges. We have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination, for which you will be liable for.

Returns & Exchange- 
We regret to inform you that we do not provide a full refund for finalised sale unless the items you received is defective or damaged.

Buyers are responsible to check for any defects upon receiving any products from us. Should there be any discrepancy, you may send in your request and return the product within the period of 7 business days from the date of purchase along with proof of receipt at Bebe.Little.Market@gmail.com and we will contact you within 2-3 working days.

Returns Shipping Cost-
Customers are liable to bear the full cost of return shipment even when you're entitled to free shipment on the initial purchase.


Self Collection 
Where can I collect my orders?-
We will contact you along with the address for self collect, subject to our availability. (WEST SIDE)

What if I change my mind and couldn’t make it down for self collection?-
If you opt to collect your order from our home office, we’re able to arrange for standard shipping with an additional cost of $6.

Is there a dateline to pick up my order?-
You have to collect your order within 3 months from the date of your purchase otherwise your order will regretfully be forfeited and no refund processed.


Orders

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?-
We are not able to accept any cancellation should you wish to cancel any order. Please confirm your order before carting out to avoid dispute. 

Entered the wrong shipping address- 
Do inform us immediately and update us with your new address information before we arrange for standard shipping before 9pm, same day of purchase.

My order consist of both ready stock and pre-order items. Can I request to receive the ready stock item first?-
If your order consists of both ready stock and pre-order items, we will ship out the complete order only once the pre-order item arrives. 

You may place separate orders should you wish to receive the ready stock items first. Shipping fees are still applicable for orders below $80.  

I would like to purchase as a gift to someone. Where do I note down a message?-
We provide complimentary message cards for any orders. Please indicate in the “order special instructions” box when you cart out your order. Alternatively, you may drop us an email along with your order number.
